SPOOKY

Marc Trautmann's 'Secret Areas' a series of photo's shot in the Nevada desert and inspired by French philosopher Paul 'the immiterial war of perception' Virilio, how they are inspired? I don't have a clue to be honest. They are however a masterful example of stunning GGI combined with amazing scenery and beautiful lighting. www.marctrautmann.com

WELCOME

The Designersaurus intends to showcase art, design, photography, architecture and anything else we can bloody well think of.

Our aim is to highlight the obscure, the unwanted and the forgotten. To search for function and form and to seek inspiration.

We hope you enjoy The Designersaurus and use us as a reference point.

Thanks.

FRANZ KLINE AT THE CEDAR

Came across these amazing Arthur Swoger shots in the Whitechapel Gallery programme of Kline's 91 exhibition.
If I could get in a Tardis and go anywhere in the world at any time, I think it would be sitting at bar of The Cedar Tavern talking existential bollocks to arguably the greatest and most underrated painter of the 20th century.
I visited The Cedar Tavern on my first trip to NYC in 1992. It was nothing like this.
